Introduction

UJA, Inc is a progressive, efficient, and customer focused institution. UJA, Inc. has developed a wide range of consumer products, to enhance business and cater to the different segments of society at a cost effective price.

About the President

The President & CEO created UJA, Inc. to provide opportunity, leadership, and tools needed by and to expand, enhance, and sustain their abilities to advance the common good, and a sustainable greener world. He has had extensive experience advising on corporate strategy and corporate governance.

It is and will also be his strength which will enhance, will lead, will impact and advance his vision into the operations in a way that is seamless and gives great clarity of direction. Bringing about focused and effective resources; developing and identifying ongoing changes to achieve and connect to a strong tomorrow. No one can tell you that you can’t succeed regardless of your small business as this one day will become amongst the best companies regardless of how many years it takes one. Everyone sets their paces differently. This should not stop anyone. That is why we at UJA Inc have taken all necessary steps, actions to deter from unexpected losses. Our team is built on values of family, and commitment to make it better not only for us but our customers. We will bring about change and will surpass ones negatively through our professionalism, honesty, agility and compliance.

Simply put: We can do more for people, companies, and institutional investors than any other financial services company. And day after day, we are proving it in the marketplace.

Under Mr. Shad’s leadership, and dedication; UJA, Inc. has received several awards since its existence. Most recently, UJA Inc was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Jersey City by the Mayor and the Municipal Council for its exceptional services to the communities. Also, for the past two consecutive years, UJA Inc received its most prestigious award from the US House of Representatives giving us Special Congressional Recognition in the services provided to our community.

He has a heart of gold which cultures his philanthropic and a charitable giving in the U.S. and globally.

The secret of our President & CEO is often conveyed by their words, expression, intent, compassion, creative, productive, interest, and of heart, that being said, it is himself which is a priceless pillar of integrity and honesty. He is one of a kind!

Mr. Shad also serves on a not-for-profit advisory boards in its home State of New Jersey.
